To obtain the Federal Firearms Regulations Reference Guide (ATF P 5300.4) and/or the State Laws and Published Ordinances – Firearms (ATF P 5300.5) follow these simple steps:
- Go to www.atf.gov
- Click on “Firearms”
- From the menu, select “Firearms Publications” (this takes you to the “Publications Library” page)
- In the “Search Title and Description” field, type 5300.4 and select “Apply” for the Federal Firearms Regulations Reference Guide.
- In the “Search Title and Description” field, type 5300.5 and select “Apply” for the State Laws and Published Ordinances – Firearms.
