CCW Class May 31st and June 1st (initial class), June 1st If You Need Requal Only

Initial Permit:

• April May 31st beginning at 8am – 5pm
• Uncle Ed’s Outfitters 8685 El Camino Real, Atascadero, CA
• Last minute questions 650-861-2020
• Cost: $250 + $40 range fee—> $290
• 8 hour classroom with some drills, wear comfortable cloths and stable/ dosed toed shoes
• You will receive the book “CCW and Home Defense”
• Pen / paper for notes, Drivers License

Initial / Renewal Permit:

• June 1st beginning at 8am to approximately 5pm (ending time depends on range time)

• Last minute questions 650-861-2020
• Cost: $150 + $40 range fee >$190
• 6 hour classroom 2 hour range time, wear comfortable cloths and stable/ closed shoes
• You will receive the book “CCW and Home Defense”
• Pen / pencil 1 paper for notes
• Drivers License / Current CCW permit

For range…

• Eye and ear protection
• Baseball style cap, no low cut shirts
• Sunscreen
• Folding chair
• Firearms you will be qualifying (for Atascadero no more than 3), should be brought to range in a locked box, caliber-
  380/.38 or larger
• Holster(s)- kydex or other suitable hard plastic, no “floppy” leather holsters or spandex
• Sturdy belt
• Ammo- 150-200 target rounds 10 rounds defensive ammo
• 3 magazines (at least one revolver speed loaders) with mag pouch(es)(minimum of 2 mags)
• Snap caps if you have them
• One reshoot is allowed if required
